XE4 Programme Products - tools for excellent and sustainable project design

To plan is nothing without the deed. The organisation needs to know and show that its programmes are on track. This is the process of operations management and depends on tracking the performance of programmes and partners against target.

The toolkit is a set of Word and Excel files that ask the questions that capture programme essentials, carry the answers necessary to understand the organisation's portfolio as well as individual programmes, and then produce the reports for project partners, managers, directors and project funders.
